Pioneer Academy is looking for a confident, qualified, and student-friendly Student Counsellor to join our team at our Mukherjee Nagar and GTB Nagar centres.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive personality, and the ability to interact professionally with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding courses, batches, and career opportunities.
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Explain course details, fee structure, batch schedules, and facilities.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Support the admissions and centre team in achieving enrolment targets.
Maintain professional communication and a welcoming environment at the centre.

Requirements
Experience:



Freshers can apply; candidates with counselling/education sales experience will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and presentable personality.
Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.
Candidates who are well-groomed and professionally presentable are preferred.
