We are looking for a energetic and experienced Senior Captain with 4–5 years of expertise in restaurant operations and guest service management. The Senior Captain will play a key role in supervising the floor team, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations and manage service staff on the floor.

Ensure guests receive exceptional service and handle escalations professionally.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Train, mentor, and motivate junior captains, stewards, and service staff.

Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the restaurant.

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest preferences.

Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.

Assist in inventory checks, requisitions, and reporting to management.

Qualifications & Experience





4–5 years of experience as a Captain/Senior Captain in a fine dining or premium casual restaurant.

Solid leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

In-depth knowledge of food & beverage service standards.

Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Preferred Skills

Customer service excellence with a guest-first mindset.

Knowledge of POS systems and reservation management software.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Training and coaching skills to build a high-performing team.
