Role & responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day activities related to the SAP SD module.
Manage and support the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
Create and process Sales Orders, Quotations, Inquiries, Deliveries and Billing Documents.
Handle Delivery, Picking and PGI (Post Goods Issue) processes.
Work on Pricing and Condition Records.
Handle customer and material master-related activities.
Support Returns, Credit Memo and Debit Memo processes.

Preferred candidate profile:
Graduate in B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc / B.Com / MBA / MCA or any relevant field.
SAP SD certification or formal SAP SD training will be an added advantage.
Freshers with solid SAP SD knowledge and practical training can also apply.
Positive understanding of SAP SD Module.
Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
