The Successful

Applicant - Ph.D. from a reputed institution.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in higher education leadership and administration.
Prior experience as Principal/Senior Principal heading a reputed college imparting traditional courses.
Proven success in institutional transformation, admissions growth, placements, research development, and sports excellence.
Robust leadership, communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates who have successfully undergone the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) process in accordance with UGC norms will have an added advantage.
