Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team at Spacemax. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and executing residential and commercial interior projects, from concept development to final handover. The role requires robust design, drafting, client management, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion.
Prepare detailed interior drawings, elevations, working drawings, and execution details using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct client meetings,



understand requirements, and present design concepts and material selections.
Visit project sites regularly for supervision, measurements, quality checks, and execution support.
Prepare mood boards, space plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
Create 3D visualizations and realistic renders using SketchUp and V-Ray (preferred).
Ensure projects are delivered as per design intent, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Assist in material sourcing, vendor coordination, and BOQ preparation when required.
