Roles & Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counselling to students on academic, emotional, social, and behavioural concerns.
Conduct life skills sessions focusing on communication, confidence, decision-making, emotional well-being, and interpersonal skills.
Identify students requiring additional support and coordinate with teachers and parents as appropriate.
Maintain confidential counselling records and student progress reports.
Conduct workshops and awareness sessions for students, parents, and teachers.
Support students in developing positive behaviour, self-awareness, resilience, and healthy coping strategies.
Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to address student well-being and behavioural concerns.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
Relevant certification/Diploma in counselling and guidance preferred.
Prior experience as a School Counsellor, Psychologist, or in a similar role.
Robust communication, interpersonal, counselling, and classroom facilitation skills.
Experience working with school students and adolescents preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
