We are a growing transport and logistics company looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Accounts & Finance Executive to join our Jammu office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance activities and should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Customer invoicing and supplier payments
Bank and account reconciliations
Debtor follow-ups and payment tracking
Payroll support
Maintaining accurate accounting records
Expense and invoice verification
Weekly and monthly financial reporting
Data management and reporting using Excel
Working with accounting software
Coordinating with management and external accountants




General finance and administrative duties

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
B.Com/M.Com or relevant accounting/finance qualification preferred
Robust knowledge of Excel
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
Positive written and spoken English
Solid attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable and looking for a long-term position

Experience: 5+ years preferred Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
