Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise real estate construction projects from execution to handover.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project quality, cost, timelines, and safety standards.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submissions.
Resolve site/engineering issues and ensure timely project completion.
Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards and regulations.
Requirements:
8–15 years of experience in real estate/construction projects.
Robust knowledge of civil construction, project management, and site execution.
Positive communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Primavera/MS Project is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
