KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle complete branch accounting operations independently.
Lead and supervise a team of 5–6 accounting staff and allocate daily work.
Review day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers and transactions.
Handle vehicle sales, purchases, inventory, receivables and payables accounting.
Ensure timely bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation and account closing.
Manage GST, TDS, TCS and other statutory compliances.
Monitor customer outstanding, vendor payments and ageing reports.
Prepare MIS, branch performance reports and management statements.
Verify cash, bank, finance and retail-sales related transactions.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, OEM/MSIL and internal departments.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of monthly/yearly closing.
Monitor team performance and ensure accounting accuracy, controls and compliance.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely reconciliation and corrective action.

Pay: ₹14,433.98 - ₹40,000.00 per month
