Role and Responsibilities:
Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

Qualification:




Robust experience as a Full Stack Engineer building cloud native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern architecture.
Robust experience with AI-assisted developer tools such as GitLab Duo, GitHub Copilot, and Claude to enhance productivity, code quality, and development workflows.
Proficient in developing and consuming REST APIs, with hands on experience in CI/CD, Git, SonarQube, and Wiz.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and scalable system design.
Build features across UI, APIs, and data layers using Java 21+, Spring Boot 3.x, Angular and React/Next.js, ensuring clean integration and adherence to standards.
Ensure production ready, observable, and resilient releases, leveraging Kafka and API standards (OpenAPI/Type Spec).
Design, develop, test, and deliver end to end full stack solutions with strong focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.
Drive definition of done, including unit/integration testing (JUnit 5, Cucumber BDD) and solid nonfunctional quality standards.
