Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts to manage Accounts Payable, vendor reconciliation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and vendor invoice processing.
Verify invoices, POs, GRNs and supporting documents.
Handle vendor reconciliation, ageing and payment processing.
Ensure GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Assist with internal, statutory and tax audits.
Prepare MIS,



reconciliations and support monthly closing.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Requirements
B.Com + CA Intermediate – Mandatory.
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounts.
Experience in Retail / Mall / Real Estate preferred.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation and statutory compliance.
Excellent MS Excel and communication skills.
Robust attention to detail and vendor coordination skills.
ICSE schooling preferred.
