Role: Senior Sales Consultant – Residential Interiors

We are looking for a strong consultative sales qualified who can independently handle qualified residential interior enquiries from first consultation to final closure.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements, budget and project expectations
Conduct consultative sales discussions and present suitable interior solutions
Explain quotations, scope, materials and value proposition clearly
Handle objections related to price, competitors, timelines and scope
Follow up consistently and move enquiries toward closure
Negotiate professionally while protecting company margins




Coordinate with designers for layouts, presentations and client requirements
Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-up schedules
Own monthly sales targets and conversion performance
Build relationships with homeowners, architects, builders and referral partners

Preferred Candidate
2–6 years of B2C / high-ticket sales experience
Experience in interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, real estate, home improvement or premium products preferred
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Positive presentation and communication skills
Comfortable handling ₹5L+ residential interior enquiries
Robust follow-up discipline and CRM usage
Ability to work independently toward monthly sales targets
