Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive Finance & Accounts to manage Accounts Payable, vendor reconciliation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and vendor invoice processing.
Verify invoices, POs, GRNs and supporting documents.
Handle vendor reconciliation, ageing and payment processing .
Ensure GST, TDS and statutory compliance .
Assist with internal, statutory and tax audits .
Prepare MIS,



reconciliations and support monthly closing.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Requirements
B.Com + CA Intermediate Mandatory .
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounts.
Experience in Retail / Mall / Real Estate preferred.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation and statutory compliance .
Excellent MS Excel and communication skills .
Robust attention to detail and vendor coordination skills.
ICSE schooling preferred .
