Super Specialty Hospital (300 Bedded Hospital Raipur/Assam)

Manager / Senior Manager Finance & Accounts

Prior experience in the hospital or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting, billing, cash flow management, and financial operations unique to a large-scale hospital setup.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare, monitor, and manage annual hospital budgets, departmental expenses, and variance reports.
Compliance & Taxation: Ensure strict compliance with all statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, corporate taxes, and healthcare-specific legal financial mandates.
Auditing: Coordinate and lead internal, external, and statutory audits smoothly.
Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and profitability analyses to the executive leadership.
Revenue Cycle Management: Monitor hospital billing, insurance/TPA claims,



receivables, and vendor payable cycles to optimize working capital.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience: 7 to 15 years of progressive experience in corporate finance and accounting.
Industry Preference: Robust preference will be given to candidates with hospital or healthcare background experience.
Location: - Raipur, Chhattisgarh & Sibsagar - Assam

Key Skills Required
Deep understanding of hospital billing, TPA processes, and healthcare revenue cycles.
Proficiency in advanced accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, or specialized Hospital Information Systems).
Robust analytical, leadership, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
