Deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide personalized fashion and styling assistance.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and occasions.
Achieve individual/store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and support repeat business.
Stay updated on fashion trends, collections, products, and brand offerings.
For senior roles, support store operations, team coordination, client handling, and sales performance.
Maintain visual merchandising, store standards, and overall brand presentation.
Work closely with the store and management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
