Role & responsibilities
Be part of development of PL product based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to define product roadmaps and make strategic recommendations for current products or product enhancements.
Define product features, pricing, terms, and policies that align with customer needs while adhering to regulatory guidelines and business objectives.
Manage product requirements, business cases, and implementation plans for current products or modifications.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development, implementation, and adoption.
Ensure that business loan products comply with all legal and regulatory standards, including fair lending, anti-money laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
Track and report on the financial indicators
