Senior Software Engineer – Backend

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Backend to join our engineering team in Kolhapur.

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
Build and integrate REST APIs, microservices, databases, and enterprise systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance, security, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews,



technical discussions, sprint planning, and architectural decisions.
Collaborate with Product, QA, and other engineering teams.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For
2+ years of qualified software development experience.
Robust understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
Hands-on experience with backend development, APIs, databases, and integrations.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Robust problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise/SaaS environments is a plus.
