Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete Tool Room operations
Handle mold design, manufacturing, maintenance, modification & repair
Plan and monitor new mold development and mold trials
Ensure timely completion of tooling projects as per quality and delivery targets
Manage CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, VMC, grinding and conventional machining activities
Troubleshoot mold and tooling-related issues
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design & Engineering teams
Manage manpower, tooling costs, maintenance schedules and productivity
Drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime and tooling-related rejections
Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech/BE in Mechanical/Tool & Die/Production Engineering
Strong hands-on experience in plastic injection molds and tool room operations
Valuable knowledge of mold construction, maintenance and troubleshooting
Robust team management and problem-solving skills
Interested candidates can share their CV with current CTC, expected CTC and notice period. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
