Sales Executive – (JD)

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, explaining our ERP/software services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and a passion for sales and client handling.

Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up with recent leads
Explain company products/services to schools and educational institutions
Handle client calls, emails, and meetings
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain sales records and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clients
Give product demonstrations when required
Visit schools/institutions for client meetings and product presentations




Field visits for lead generation and client follow-ups

Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM, etc.)
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Experience in sales will be preferred
