Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Generate and convert leads into property sales.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
Develop relationships with clients and channel partners.
Monitor sales performance, site visits, and follow-ups.
Train and motivate the sales team.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in real estate sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Solid knowledge of the local real estate market.
Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
