Role & responsibilities
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets and drive effective distribution through SSMs.
Drive retail business growth, NPD launches and chance brand sales.
Ensure effective order booking, execution and stock availability across assigned markets.
Implement trade marketing schemes, promotions and BTL activities as per plans.
Ensure optimum utilization of visibility spends and effective merchandising/POSM execution.
Manage stockist inventory and maintain optimum stock levels; drive recent stockist appointments.
Maintain accurate sales trackers, SMR, REACH data and timely MIS reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims with complete supporting documentation.
Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, customer complaints and emerging opportunities.
Track SSM performance, incentive achievement and key productivity parameters including T LSD.
Support recent market development, business expansion and other strategic sales initiatives.
