MedPlus Pharmacy is looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage recruitment for our retail pharmacy stores across Chennai South.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail/pharmacy roles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins & local networks
Screening, interview coordination & follow-ups
Manage bulk hiring and field recruitment
Coordinate offer, joining & onboarding
Maintain recruitment trackers & candidate pipeline
Achieve hiring targets

Requirements
MBA/PG in HR preferred
2 years of recruitment experience
Retail/Pharmacy recruitment experience preferred
Bulk/volume hiring experience




Solid communication & networking skills
Willingness to travel locally

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
