Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, quality, and site progress.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Maintain daily reports, measurements, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
5+ years of relevant site experience.
Robust knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination.
Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
