Position: Senior Production Officer

Location: Vapi / Pardi

Job Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and monitor daily production activities as per production targets and schedules.
Ensure smooth and effective operation of oil manufacturing and processing activities.
Monitor production processes, machinery, equipment, and operating parameters.
Manage production manpower and allocate duties according to production requirements.
Ensure production is carried out as per SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, Packing, and Dispatch departments.
Monitor raw material availability and ensure optimum utilization of materials.
Maintain production records, batch records, shift reports,



and other required documentation.
Identify production issues, process deviations, and breakdowns and coordinate for timely corrective action.
Minimize production losses, wastage, and downtime.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the production area.
Monitor plant and equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, PPE requirements, and statutory safety procedures.
Train, guide, and supervise production operators and workers.
Prepare daily production repo

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
