nWe are looking for an experienced Shift In-Charge – Electrical Maintenance to manage electrical and automation maintenance activities for our Continuous Colour Coating Line (CCL) and Continuous Galvanizing/Galvalume Line (CGL).

nKey Responsibilities:

Manage shift-wise electrical maintenance and breakdown activities.
n
Ensure reliable operation of CCL and CGL/Galvalume lines.
n
Troubleshoot electrical, drive, PLC and automation-related issues.
n
Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
n
Conduct RCA and implement corrective actions for recurring breakdowns.
n
Coordinate with Production and Mechanical Maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
n
Supervise technicians and ensure adherence to electrical safety and maintenance standards.
n
Maintain shift maintenance reports and equipment history.
n
n
nMandatory Requirements
n
n
5–7 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance in the steel/metal processing industry.
n
Hands-on experience in both CCL and CGL/Galvalume lines.
n
Robust hands-on experience with ABB Drives.
n
Experience in Siemens PLC and Automation systems.
n
Solid troubleshooting skills in electrical and automation systems.
n
Experience in shift operations and team handling.
n
Willingness to relocate to Gudur, Andhra Pradesh is mandatory.
n
n
nQualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics or relevant discipline.
