SOC Manager

Location: Mumbai | Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

Key Responsibilities
CISO Support: Act as primary support to the Chief Information Security Officer in delivering the information security program.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor security analysts within the SOC.
SOC Operations: Manage security operations, network event analysis, and threat analysis.
Incident Response: Handle cybersecurity incidents with structured response processes.
Security Methodologies: Apply technical security solutions and industry best practices.
Data Analysis: Analyze data from monitoring tools, endpoint, network, and application logs.
SIEM & Tools: Configure and tune SIEM and vulnerability management tools.
Protocols Knowledge: Robust understanding of common Internet protocols and applications.
Cloud Security: Experience across virtualized and cloud environments.
Fraud & Risk:



Conduct risk analysis and monitor for fraudulent activities.
Communication: Deliver transparent reports and maintain robust interdepartmental relationships.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
Certifications such as CISM, ISO27001, CEH are desirable.

Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in the BFSI domain.
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and supporting organizational goals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (regional language a plus).
Proficiency in computer applications.
Analytical, selfmotivated, and resultoriented team player.
