Key Responsibilities
Monitor and investigate security alerts received through the SIEM.
Investigate alerts from Cloud Service Provider (CSP) dashboards and vendor security notifications.
Analyze and investigate DAST/SAST findings.
Investigate security tickets and employee-reported security incidents.
Perform incident classification, prioritization, and detailed analysis.
Execute approved security response actions according to defined runbooks.
Coordinate with internal security teams for incident investigation and escalation.
Review L1 handoff packages and perform L2-level investigation.
Ensure adherence to triage and incident-response SLAs.
Participate in weekly triage quality reviews.
Provide feedback to improve runbook accuracy and escalation criteria.
Maintain complete activity logging and audit trails.
Participate in due diligence reviews of third-party tools.
