Team Leadership & Mentorship: Oversee the daily tasks of Associate Paid Media Specialists and ensure the quality of their work. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to develop junior team members' skills.
Campaign Optimization & Analysis: Review and optimize campaigns based on in-depth analysis and strategic objectives. Implement sophisticated optimization techniques to maximize performance and ROI.
Client Communication & Reporting: Communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and optimizations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. Translate complex technical information into explicit, actionable insights.

Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
Proven track record of campaign optimization resulting in improved performance metrics Strong analytical abilities with experience in data interpretation and strategic decision-making
Exceptional communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
