Role & responsibilities:
Diagnosis & repair OPPO smartphones (Hardware and software)
Perform Troubleshooting for all device-related issues.
Maintain service records, job sheets & spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with OPPO policies, quality standards &TAT.;
Provide excellent technical support and customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
B.tech /Diploma in Electrical,Electronics, Mechanical or Computer Science.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Freshers knowledge of smartphone hardware & software is perferred.
