Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the skincare and cosmetics industry . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, trend-led campaigns and shoot coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute day-to-day social media activities across relevant platforms.
Develop engaging, trend-driven content for Instagram and other social channels.
Plan and coordinate content shoots , including working with photographers, videographers and creative teams.
Create and manage Reels, stories, static posts and other social-first content.
Stay updated with skincare, cosmetics, beauty and social media trends.




Manage influencer and creator collaborations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/creative partners.
Develop engaging social media copy and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Monitor comments, DMs and community interactions.
Track social media performance and provide regular insights and recommendations.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content or a related role.
Agency experience is preferred.
Experience with skincare, cosmetics, beauty or D2C brands will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Robust understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.
Passion for skincare and cosmetics .
Hands-on experience with shoot planning and coordination .
Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a quick-paced setting.
Immediate joiners preferred.
