Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil. Explain loan/financial products and services clearly to customers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Generate leads and conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers. Assist customers with basic queries and guide them through the next steps. Maintain accurate customer and call details in the CRM/system.
Achieve daily and monthly call, lead, and login targets. Handle customer objections professionally and build a positive relationship. Coordinate with the Sales/Backend team for further processing. Follow company communication standards, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Candidate Requirements: Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree.
Experience: 0–3 Years in Telecalling / Voice Process / Customer Support / Sales preferred.

Language:
Fluent Tamil speaking is mandatory.
Basic
English communication will be an added advantage. Valuable verbal communication and listening skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
