Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.

· Repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies

. Should have prior knowledge in handling medical devices

· Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.

· Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback

· Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.

· Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times

· Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

· Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on protected and effective equipment use.

· Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.





· Visiting customer sites for site suitability survey and site readiness measure

· Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner

· Service Engineer Requirements:

· An associate's degree in engineering or similar.

· A bachelor degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Bio-Medical engineering is preferred.

· Required 1 to 3 years of Experience in the same field

· Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
