Role Purpose
Support the Water Treatment team in delivering sustainable water treatment solutions by assisting in providing technical service
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for providing technical service
and application support to Water Treatment customers at site.
Conduct customer visits, troubleshoot process/service issues, and ensure effective solution implementation.
Execute and monitor product trials, performance evaluations and technical demonstrations.
Build robust customer relationships through responsive service and solution-oriented engagement.
Work closely with Sales, R&D; and Technical teams to resolve customer challenges and drive solution adoption.
Identify recent business, cross-selling and expansion opportunities through customer interactions.
Maintain service reports, track action items and ensure timely closure with solid ownership.
