Service Manager
Manage daily workshop/service operations.
Assign jobs to technicians and monitor progress.
Diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues.
Ensure timely, quality repairs and servicing.
Prepare and explain service estimates to customers.
Handle customer complaints and follow up on concerns.
Monitor spare-parts availability and coordinate with stores.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
Maintain service records, job cards, invoices, and reports.
Monitor technician performance and productivity.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with workshop standards.
Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Coordinate with sales, parts, warranty, and management teams.
Track service revenue, costs, and customer satisfaction.
Train and guide technicians and service advisors.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
