We are looking for an experienced and driven Civil Site Engineer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on site execution experience. You will act as the technical link between project managers, contractors, and workers on the site. Your job is to make sure construction work runs safely, stays on schedule, and meets high standards of quality.

Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise daily in office construction activities to make sure work follows structural drawings and project specifications.
Guide layout, leveling, and surveying work on the site.
Handle critical construction milestones like excavation, foundation casting, RCC work, and finishing.
Solve technical problems or site roadblocks quickly to prevent delays.

Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate daily with contractors, sub-contractors, laborers, and architects.




Write and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
Assist with billing, measurements of completed work, and basic cost-control tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) or a related engineering field.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of working experience as a civil site engineer in building or infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills: Solid ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
