Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day structural construction activities at the site.
Study and interpret structural drawings, plans, and specifications.
Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and engineering standards.
Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, dimensions, and alignment before concreting.
Monitor manpower and material requirements at the site.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues.
Coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspections and testing.
Ensure proper curing and other required activities after concreting.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Monitor work progress against the project schedule and report delays to the Project Manager.




Coordinate with the planning and billing teams for measurements and work completion.
Verify quantities and measurements of completed structural works.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and proper use of PPE.
Report any quality, safety, or technical issues to the senior management.
Coordinate with the design/consultant team for clarification of drawings and technical issues.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and material usage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
