Job Summary

The HVAC Site Engineer is responsible for supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems at project sites. The role ensures that all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise installation of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, chillers,VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation systems.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines (civil, electrical).
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of HVAC activities.
Conduct inspections and ensure quality control at all stages of installation.




Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Handle testing, commissioning, and balancing of HVAC systems.
Identify and resolve technical issues at the site.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Verify measurements and assist in billing and material reconciliation.
