Experience : 5 to 6 Yrs

Core Roles and Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, manage labor crews, and guide subcontractors to keep work on schedule.
Quality Control: Inspect building materials, monitor workmanship, and run tests to ensure compliance with architectural drawings and building codes.
Safety Management: Enforce health and safety regulations, spot hazards, and maintain a secure working workplace for all workers.
Material and Resource Management: Order building materials, track inventory, and minimize raw material waste to control costs.
Progress Reporting: Record daily site activities, log measurements, and update project managers on construction progress and potential delays.
Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate between in office workers, project managers, architects, and outside vendors to solve technical problems quickly.
