We are looking for an experienced Java Software Development Engineer to drive solution architecture and lead development of complex, scalable applications. You'll work across the stack, mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of key technical decisions in a fast-paced, agile setting.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain productive, reliable, and scalable Java code
Drive solution architecture for complex business scenarios
Implement, test, and debug current and existing functionalities
Identify and resolve technical risks and issues proactively
Deploy code using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
Collaborate cross-functionally through design and development to deliver high-quality products
Employ agile methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Required Skills




Strong experience in product development and solution architecture for complex business scenarios
Platform engineering/integration experience in multi-stack environments
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JSF
Positive experience in REST APIs
Strong understanding of Jenkins, GIT, Maven, and CI/CD concepts
Experience with AWS services — S3, CloudWatch, IAM, Lambda
Experience with SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL
Good to have: JavaSc=ript (jQuery, React.js, TypeScript), Docker, Kubernetes
Good to have: hands-on experience with Python and Node.js
Strong grasp of software quality practices — performance, testability, security
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with agile development processes

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
8–10 years of development experience, primarily in Java
