nWe are looking for a Storage Administrator – L1 to support day-to-day storage infrastructure operations, including monitoring, provisioning, health checks, troubleshooting, and incident/service-request management.

Monitor storage infrastructure and identify alerts/issues.

Provision storage volumes based on approved requests.

Manage storage-related service requests.

Perform routine storagehealth checks.

Troubleshoot basic storage-related issues.

Support incident and service request management.

Escalate complex issuesto L2/L3 teams as required.

Maintain operational records and ticket updates.
