SRE Production support Lead • Primary skills:Technology->DevOps->Site Reliability Engineering(SRE),Technology->Infrastructure-Storage-Administration->UNIX Storage,Technology->Maintenance and Production Support process->Finacle Product Maintenance process,Technology->SQL SSIS->SQL Server • Provide L2 production support for business-critical applications.
Monitor application and infrastructure health using SRE monitoring tools.
Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Troubleshoot application, server, and database-related issues.
Use SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue analysis.
Work closely with development, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve production issues.
Participate in deployment, release, and change management activities.
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability metrics.
Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
Support on-call rotations and major incident management processes.
Identify automation prospects to improve operational efficiency.
