Requirements: 5–7 years of relevant site experience Strong knowledge of civil construction and finishing works Ability to manage labour, contractors and site activities Positive understanding of drawings, measurements and execution Robust focus on workmanship, quality and timelines Positive communication and site coordination skills Ability to independently handle day-to-day site operations Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities Monitor workmanship and quality of work Manage labour and subcontractor teams Coordinate with engineers, designers and vendors Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications Maintain site discipline, progress and safety standards Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues Experience: 5–7 Years Industry: Construction / Interior Execution Interested candidates can share their CV and relevant experience details.
