Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth opening, closing and shift handovers.
Supervise staff, allocate duties and monitor attendance, grooming, discipline and productivity.
Train and guide team members on SOPs, product knowledge, hygiene and customer service.
Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and grooming standards.
Monitor product quality, storage temperatures, FIFO and proper food handling.
Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure ERP stock matches physical stock.
Monitor wastage, expiry, stock variances and material consumption.
Support achievement of sales targets through upselling, product knowledge and customer engagement.
Ensure correct billing,



cash handling and payment reconciliation.
Ensure all company SOPs, checklists and documentation are followed.
Monitor equipment, maintenance and overall outlet upkeep.
Implement company promotions and initiatives at the outlet.
Identify operational problems proactively and resolve them without waiting for instructions.
Report key issues relating to staff, customers, stock, cash, hygiene, equipment and operations to the Restaurant Manager.
Take complete responsibility for outlet operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
