The role involves implementing and maintaining CUDA/C++ software for OCT and image processing pipelines, profiling and optimizing performance, porting research algorithms into production-quality code, supporting algorithm integration into medical devices, troubleshooting complex software issues, and collaborating closely with algorithm scientists, software engineers, and system architects to deliver scalable and productive solutions.
