Job Summary

John’s Umbrella Mart is looking for a responsible and experienced site supervisor to manage and supervise civil construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure-related activities across the company’s facilities. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, cost monitoring, and timely completion of assigned works.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise civil construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance works.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the progress of work.
Prepare and review estimates, BOQs, drawings, measurements, and work schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
Monitor material usage, workmanship, project quality, and costs.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Identify and coordinate requirements related to building, structural work, drainage, flooring, roofing, and other civil maintenance.
Verify measurements, bills, material quantities, and completed works.




Maintain proper project records, documentation, and completion reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and statutory requirements.
Assist in planning and executing infrastructure improvements for factories, warehouses, offices, and other company facilities.

Qualifications
Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in construction, industrial/factory maintenance, or project supervision is preferred.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, estimation, quantity surveying, and site supervision.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage contractors and supervise multiple activities efficiently.
