We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our team in a pharmaceutical PCD company.

Position: Dispatch Executive

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Experience: 0–2 years

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Employment Type: Full time

Responsibilities
Handle daily dispatch of pharmaceutical products/orders
Prepare and verify orders before dispatch
Coordinate with courier and transport partners
Generate and maintain dispatch documents
Ensure proper packing, labeling and timely shipment of orders
Maintain dispatch records and update order status
Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams
Handle basic inventory/stock-related coordination
Ensure products are dispatched accurately and safely

Requirements:




Basic computer knowledge
Positive communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to maintain records accurately
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, PCD, FMCG or warehouse dispatch will be an advantage
Freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply
