Prospective Designs is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise in office work execution.

Job Responsibilities
Supervising daily site activities and workforce
Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion
Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
Ensuring work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Maintaining site discipline, safety, and quality standards
Managing material requirements and site inventory
Preparing daily work updates and progress reports
Coordinating with designers, project managers, and clients
Resolving in office issues and ensuring smooth workflow

Requirements:
Experience in site supervision and project execution
Basic knowledge of interior/civil work and drawings
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage labor and vendors efficiently

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
