Kicks Machine is looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us build a strong, recognizable presence across social media — and is comfortable being in front of the camera.

We’re looking for someone who understands content, trends, culture and what makes people stop scrolling.
Own Kicks Machine’s social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube & other platforms
Come up with creative, social-first content ideas and campaigns
Be comfortable appearing on camera and becoming a face of the brand
Create and coordinate Reels, short-form videos, stories and other content
Stay on top of trends, memes, sneaker/streetwear culture and viral formats
Plan and manage the content calendar
Work closely with our design, content and marketing teams




Track content performance and use data to improve reach and engagement

Prerequisite
2–4 years of experience in social media/content marketing
Solid understanding of Instagram and short-form video
Confident and natural in front of the camera
Robust sense of content, trends and storytelling
Creative mindset with strong execution skills
Good communication skills
Someone who genuinely understands sneakers, streetwear, fashion & pop culture
