Position: Skill Development / Skills India Coordinator
Location: Gurgaon
Project: Farmer Producer Organisation (FPO) Skill Development
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs of farmers and FPO members.
Coordinate and implement training programs under Skill India / NSDC.
Mobilize participants and manage training schedules.
Support FPOs in capacity building, governance, and enterprise development.
Liaise with government departments, training partners, and stakeholders.
Maintain MIS, documentation, and prepare progress reports.
Conduct field visits and ensure smooth project execution.
