We are looking for a Senior Executive – Accounts & Costing to join our team in Vadodara.

Location: Vadodara

Position: Senior Executive – Accounts & Costing

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: M.Com / Semi-Qualified CA / CMA / CA Inter or equivalent

Industry: Manufacturing – Mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day accounting activities and maintaining accurate financial records
Preparing and reviewing accounting entries, ledgers and reconciliations
Managing Finance & Accounts (F&A;) activities
Preparing and analysing Balance Sheet and financial statements
Managing product costing / standard costing and cost analysis
Analysing material, labour and overhead costs
Performing cost and variance analysis
Preparing cost sheets, MIS reports and management reports
Handling inventory accounting and stock reconciliation




Monitoring production costs and identifying cost variances
Coordinating with Production, Purchase, Stores and other departments
Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
Providing required information for internal and statutory audits
Supporting cost-control initiatives and improving cost efficiency
Working with ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel

Mandatory Requirements
Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
Robust hands-on experience in Accounting & Costing
Practical exposure to F&A; and Balance Sheet preparation
Valuable understanding of manufacturing cost structures and inventory accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
